Sonoma Valley Groundwater Management Program Please join and provide input to reach our goals of recharging the aquifer, water conservation, monitoring, groundwater quality protection, and public outreach/stakeholder communications. The Technical Advisory Committee reports to the Basin Advisory Panel of the Sonoma Valley Groundwater Management Program, administered by the Sonoma County Water Agency. Meetings are held the second Wednesday of most months at Valley of the Moon Water District office, 19039 Bay Street in El Verano.
