The fall event will be held at the beautiful Viansa Winery and Wetlands, 25200 Arnold Drive, Sonoma. Both the science and citizen science community are most welcomed.  The agenda will include presentations by experts, breakout sessions, a panel discussion and reception. The cost $30 includes lunch. Sonoma Birding (sonomabirding.org) was founded in 2004 as a "citizen science" based organization. It sponsors the Audubon Christmas Bird Count in Sonoma Valley, the CBC 4 Kids nationally, the Valley Of the Moon Nature Lecture Series, Bird Camp for Kids,  Bird-A-Thon for Kids, bird surveys,  and a variety of special events and collaborations with PRBO Conservation Science, Cornell Labs, International Bird Rescue & Research, the Bird Education Network, bird clubs and other area nature organizations.
